[Services available during the suspension period]

You will need to log in with your REX CLUB membership number. The following services can be used during the availability period mentioned above. However, since you will not be able to log in to your My Page, you will not be able to register as a new member, change or reset your password, or change your membership information.

However, during the period of complete suspension, use of the above services will also be suspended.

- Coupons for purchasing merchandise and Reds Land tickets that have already been applied for can be issued at Red Voltage stores or at the Reds Land counter.

[Points to note regarding renewal]
Due to the end of the paper ticket service, merchandise purchase coupons, Reds Land tickets, and point tickets (food, match day programs, ladies' merchandise) must be registered by the designated deadline. Therefore, please check the registration deadline for each point ticket you have as soon as possible.

Points awarded for merchandise purchases, use of Reds Land, etc. made before and after the service suspension period will be awarded sequentially after the service suspension period ends.
