There is just about a month left until the start of the 2025 season.
With REX CLUB's 2025 fiscal year starting on Sunday, February 2nd, we would like to inform all fans and supporters of information regarding REX CLUB's fiscal year change.

1. Regarding logging in to your REX CLUB My Page when your membership number changes due to new membership or promotion to a new LOYALTY (season ticket) membership

1. Regarding logging in to your REX CLUB My Page when your membership number changes due to joining LOYALTY (season ticket) for the first time or moving up to a new stage, etc.
All members who have purchased 2025 season tickets and fall under the following categories:
・All those who have applied for a new season ticket using their current REX CLUB membership number
・LOYALTY members who will be promoted to the next stage in the 2025 season due to the number of years they have held season tickets

To all members who fall under the above category, your membership card number will change in 2025. In preparation for 2025, you will be unable to log in to your REX CLUB My Page using your current membership card number from mid-January onwards. If you are unable to log in, please use your registered email address.

2. Service outage due to system maintenance on February 1st
Due to system maintenance being carried out on (Sat), February 1st, the following services which require logging in with your REX CLUB membership card number will be unavailable.
(Added on 1/23) The scheduled maintenance time is 2/1 10:00-20:30 (scheduled).

・New membership to REX CLUB REGULAR/WHITE membership
・Point exchange goods delivery application page

3.Registration for new members of REX CLUB REGULAR for 2025
Due to system maintenance on (Sat), February 1st, we will temporarily suspend accepting new REGULAR (paid membership) applications and applications from WHITE (free membership) to REGULAR (paid membership) from 23:59 on Friday, January 31st.
Also, Convenience store payment for annual membership fees will not be available from (Sat), January 25 to Friday, January 31. Credit card payment will be available until 23:59 on Friday, January 31.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

<New registration for REGULAR (paid membership)>
・You can register as a new member from Urawa Reds official website REX CLUB page. After registering as a WHITE member (free member), please register as a REGULAR member (paid member). (https://rexclub-auth.urawa-reds.co.jp/users/sign_up)

<Changing your category from WHITE (free membership) to REGULAR (paid membership)>
・In My Page [Click here to continue or join as a REGULAR (paid member)] Click on the banner below to complete the registration process. By completing the registration process here, all of your accumulated points and visit history will be carried over.

4. Procedures for continuing membership in the REX CLUB REGULAR for 2025
If you have not renewed your membership by 23:59 on Friday, January 31st, you will become a WHITE (free member) from (Sat) February 1st onwards, and will no longer be able to receive the services and programs of a REGULAR (paid member).
If you wish to renew your membership, please go to your My Page and follow the procedure to renew/join as a REGULAR (paid member) or check the setting status of the 2025 REGULAR automatic renewal enrollment, which will be implemented on (Sat) and then follow the procedure.

5.Registration procedures for new and continuing membership to WHITE (free membership)
・New members can be registered through Urawa Reds official website REX CLUB page. 2024 WHITE (free membership) members will automatically be registered as WHITE (free membership) members in 2025.
There is no need for you to take any new steps for fiscal year 2025.

6. Points awarded at online shops
For LOYALTY/REGULAR members who purchase products from the online shop, points will be awarded approximately one week after the product is shipped. Please note that points will not be awarded on the day of purchase. Points will be awarded according to the award rate for the member's category and stage as of the point award date.
Please note that the number of points may change depending on the product shipping date. When the product is shipped, you will receive an email from the online shop confirming the shipment.

7.REX POINT expiration date
REX POINTS that expire at the end of this fiscal year can be used until January 31st. You can check the expiration date for this fiscal year under "Expiration Schedule" on your REX CLUB My Page. Please note that points that have passed their expiration date will expire and will no longer be usable.

8.About the 2025 season card membership card
・If you are a LOYALTY member or REGULAR (paid member) who has been promoted to a higher level and you apply for a card membership card, the card membership card will be sent to your registered address in order. In addition, REGULAR (paid member) membership cards will be valid for life unless the membership card number is changed due to loss, etc.

・Regular Redsland members and White (free) members will not be issued membership cards.
Please use the digital membership card that can be displayed on your My Page. It can be used in the same way as your card membership card. Please use the digital membership card if you are waiting for your card membership card to arrive or if you do not have a card membership card with the latest membership card number printed on it.
