About merchandise purchase coupons (at the counter) and Reds Land tickets
If you have already applied for a "goods purchase coupon" or "Reds Land ticket", which require issuance at the stadium counter, but have not yet received your ticket, please obtain your ticket before your My Page is renewed.
Tickets for Saitama Stadium home games will be issued until the match Albirex Niigata on Sunday, December 8, 2024 (at the REX CLUB booth inside the south gate)
Tickets can be purchased at Red Voltage stores and Reds Land ticket offices until closing time on Sunday, December 15, 2024.
Once issued, tickets can be used up until the date printed on them. (Goods purchase coupons are valid until January 30, 2025, Reds Land tickets are valid until the end of March 2025)
About point vouchers (food, matchday programs, ladies' goods)
Point vouchers acquired during the 2024 season must be registered and used by 23:59 on Sunday, December 15, 2024. They will become invalid and cannot be registered after the expiration date.
You can also register at the REX CLUB booth during home games at Saitama Stadium (until the match against Albirex Niigata on December 8, 2024)
. Please note that if you register at the REX CLUB booth, you will receive approximately 20% less points (depending on the category) than if you register through your My Page.
Only LOYALTY and REGULAR members can use and register point tickets.

Membership information and credit card information registered on your REX CLUB My Page will be automatically carried over (excluding login password and email address).
About email addresses
Limited to one per member (no duplication).
When registering both a PC email address and a mobile email address After your My Page is renewed, your PC email address will be used first.
If your email address is not registered After the renewal of your My Page, it will be necessary to register an email address.
Login Password
There is no transfer of login password. After the renewal of your My Page, please reset your password the first time you log in.

Regarding issuance of REGULAR (adult, U-18) card membership cards
Regarding the card membership card issued at the time of new membership, due to the renewal to the new My Page, from REGULAR early membership in 2025 onwards, a fee will be charged for the issuance of the card membership card. In addition, those who are renewing their membership will be able to choose to have a membership card issued (for a fee) when applying. Please take advantage of this option. Details of the 2025 REX CLUB REGULAR will be announced at a later date. There are two types of membership cards: digital membership cards and card membership cards. When gathering and lining up for home games from the 2025 season onwards, we will ask you to check the lottery number displayed on your digital membership card on your REX CLUB My Page. Therefore, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or PC that can access your digital membership card. Please note that no paper tickets will be issued at the stadium. We will provide you with further information on application procedures and how to check your digital membership card.
Merchandise purchase coupons and Reds Land tickets
Until now, we have asked you to use the service after receiving a paper ticket, but from now on, the entire process from application to use can be completed on your REX CLUB My Page. To use the renewed service, you will need a smartphone, tablet, or PC. Please note that no paper tickets will be issued at the stadium. We will provide you with further information on application procedures, etc.
LOYALTY New stage appears
The next stage of "DIAMOND", which has been running for over 25 years, has been decided!
We have decided to establish a new stage after the highest stage "DIAMOND" of REX CLUB LOYALTY (which you automatically join when you purchase a season ticket)! We will announce the name of the new stage and details of the service by the second half of 2025!
The stage for REX CLUB LOYALTY will be determined based on the number of years your season ticket has been renewed.
REGULARAdult Stage Up Criteria and benefits have changed
By shortening the evaluation period and adding the condition of the number of visits, it is easier to advance to the next stage.
What's changed
Number of home game attendances has been added as a criterion for moving up to the next stage!
The evaluation period for accumulated points has been shortened from "maximum 3 years" to "maximum 2 years"
If you meet the conditions, you will be promoted to a higher level the next day, even if you are in the middle of the fiscal year, and your level will be maintained until the end of the following fiscal year.
Women's matches will also be counted towards the stage-up criteria. However, there is a limit to the number of times you can attend. (Example) When you move up to the GOLD stage, even if you have attended 5 Ladies' matches, only 3 matches will be counted.
Attending Ladies' matches is not mandatory.
There are some points that are not included in the cumulative points, such as admission points and stage bonus points.
Stage Determination

Number of visits in the previous year

If you meet the conditions, you can move up to the next stage even if it is in the middle of the year.

Stage Bonus Benefits
REGULAR Adult benefits will be upgraded in 2025!
As a stage bonus, GOLD and SILVER members will receive an invitation or a special ticket coupon.
In addition, GOLD members will receive one of the past LOYALTY (season ticket) bonus items as a gift.
Stage bonus points will be changed from the previous points.
Those who reach the GOLD stage at the start of the current year will also receive the SILVER stage bonus points and bonus benefits.
Points Change the expiration date
The validity period is until the end of the following fiscal year.
The expiration date of REX POINTS will be changed from "until the end of the fiscal year after next (maximum 3 years)" to "until the end of the fiscal year following the time of acquisition (maximum 2 years)." As a special measure during the change period, points earned in 2023 and 2024 will be valid until the end of the following fiscal year.

You can now view the attendance history of the women's top team and register your favorite players.
Regarding the "Favorite Players" currently available, in addition to the men's top team, the new My Page will allow users to register the Ladies Top Team. In addition, the "Favorite Player MVP Bonus (LOYALTY / REGULAR)" that is awarded when a team wins a home game will also apply to Ladies Top Team home games. The "Favorite Player MVP Bonus (LOYALTY / REGULAR)" will start from home games in 2025 onwards.
Link with J.League ID
You can link your J.League ID from your My Page.
You can link your REX CLUB ID with your J.League ID from your REX CLUB My Page (side menu).
Even if you have already linked your account, you will need to re-link your account after the My Page renewal

The REX CLUB login function from the J.League website and app will be discontinued.
The PC address will be given priority and registered in the My Page.Also, for those who have applied for season tickets, the date will be changed to late January to early February (approximately) based on the information at the time of application.
