[OB participation confirmed!] 9/17 (Sunday) Walking Football & Stadium Tour in Saitama Stadium 2〇〇2 will be held (updated 9/11)

We are currently recruiting participants for the "Walking Football & Stadium Tour in Saitama Stadium 2002" to be held on Sunday, September 17th during the [Saitama Autumn Festival 2023]!!
Walking football is soccer that is played while walking. The rules are such that even if you have no experience with soccer, are not good at sports, or have a disability, you can play without fear. Gather 5 or more friends and enjoy walking football!
Also, during non-match times, tour attendants will happily guide you around Saitama Stadium 2002's locker room, warm-up room, and the brightly green pitch side!
Urawa Reds alumnus Ryuta Tsuzuki, Takeshi Mizuuchi, Mitsuru Nagata, and Shiya Nishizawa will be participating in this event.
We have also added a new individual application space for those who have difficulty forming a team. We look forward to your participation!

walking football rules
〇Purpose of the event The event is held so that anyone and everyone who participates can experience the fun of football without getting injured.
〇Principles of competition rules The rules are set based on the principle of achieving the purpose of the event.
・Walking: Walking with one foot always in contact with the ground. Always play in this state.
・Number of people: 5 people *GK can use corn
・Number of registered people: 5 or more but less than 10
・Substitution method Free substitution. It is possible to re-enter.
- Substitution area: In front of your team's bench.
- Player restrictions: One elementary school student and one female will be on the pitch at the same time.
・Ball Soccer ball size 4
・Number of games: 4 games per team
・Court size 30m x 18m
・Penalty area Rectangle 8m wide (4m left and right from the center of the goal line) x 4m long
・Penalty mark 4m (4m vertically from the midpoint of the goal post)
・Goal size: Width 3m, height 1.2m = Futsal goal used upside down
・Game time 7 minutes - 1 minute - 7 minutes
・No offside.
・Kick-in/Roll-in When the game leaves the touch line, the game will restart with a kick-in or roll-in by the opposing team player from the team that left the field. The roll-in must be done using an under-throw (low-hand throw) = rolling the ball to the ground. The kick-in must be stationary on the touchline. Both feet of the player must be on or outside the touchline. Opponent players must be at least 3 meters away from the area where the match is being played.
・Goal clearance A restart by a defending player when an attacking player leaves the goal line or enters the opponent's penalty area. This is done by kick-in or roll-in.
*See upper kick-in/roll-in. The line in this case will be the penalty area line. A player who restarts play cannot touch the ball again until another player touches it.
・Corner kick: A corner kick that is restarted by an opposing player when it is taken from the goal line by a defending player.
The game is played from the corner of the goal. Defending players must be at least 3 meters apart.
・Free kicks All kicks will be indirect free kicks (direct shots are prohibited). A free kick will be taken from the spot where the offense occurred, except in the following cases: If the opposing team is less than 3m from the penalty area, the match will be played 3m from the nearest penalty area line. Inside the penalty area, it must be done with a maximum of one step from the penalty mark. The ball must remain stationary. The kicker cannot touch the ball again until another player touches it. Opponent players must be at least 3 meters away from the area where the match is being played.
・There is no goalkeeper. Set up the cone.
・Fouls The following plays are considered fouls and will result in a free kick being awarded to the opposing team.

(4)Sliding to the opponent
(5) Charge (hit/hold) the opponent
(6)Play while lying down
(7)holding the ball for more than 6 seconds
(8) Preventing reopening
(9) Steal the ball held by the opponent
・Judgment of foul play In principle, judgment will be made by self-judgment. If self-judgment is difficult, the court manager will make the decision.
・Court Manager This is not a referee. He is the facilitator who makes the game fun.
Place one person on each court.
The game will run smoothly by taking care of the following:
(1) We ask the players to play the games in accordance with the purpose of the event.
(2) Check the number of players and restrictions.
(3) Signal the start and end of the match.
(4) Make judgments when self-judgment is difficult.
Example: running, ball possession time, case where both parties have different judgments

Other matters not listed or unclear points will be decided upon after consultation at the tournament headquarters.

■Notes on use
1) To prevent accidents, please do not enter the grounds unless you are a match official, such as players, team staff, referees, etc. If an accident occurs, we will not be held responsible.
2) It is prohibited to wear any ornaments (earrings, rings, etc.) inside the grounds.
3) Do not place benches, desks, or other heavy objects on the natural grass within the grounds.
4) Please wear athletic shoes or spikes on the ground. In addition, if you wear spikes, please use fixed spikes and refrain from using spikes with replaceable studs.
7) Please only use water for hydration on the natural grass area. If you wish to drink anything other than water, please do so outside of the artificial turf area.
8) Do not allow pets (excluding service dogs) to enter the ball net.
10) Please do not hang banners (banners, banners, etc.) on the ball net.
11) Please take all the trash you generate back with you and return it to its original condition.

■Other considerations
1) This park and facility is completely non-smoking except for designated smoking areas. Please check the venue map for the designated location.
2) If a user (including related parties) damages or defaces equipment or fixtures within the park or facility, the user will be responsible for the restoration.
3) If you borrow a key, please handle it with care. If you lose your key, we will charge you the actual cost of replacing the key.
4) While using the facility, it is the user's responsibility to manage safety such as disaster prevention and crime prevention. The park is not responsible for any theft, damage, or personal injury.
5) If a user causes damage to other park users or causes a situation that impedes management and operation, the park user will be required to compensate the park user for the damage.
6) The park will not be held responsible for any damages if use is suspended due to natural disasters, instructions from relevant government agencies, or other unavoidable reasons.
7) Please refrain from engaging in any act that is dangerous to the management and operation of this park/facility or any act that is a nuisance to other users.
8) Staff may enter the park or facility if deemed necessary for maintenance and management purposes.
9) Please comply with related laws and regulations such as the City Parks Act, Saitama Prefecture City Parks Ordinance, and Fire Service Act, and use the facility according to instructions from staff.
10) These rules may be revised without prior notice.
11) All videos (including still images) taken at the venue may be used for various programs for reporting purposes, and for various product sales and promotions of the club and club partners.
