Concerning violations by Urawa Reds supporters (9th report)
We would like to provide you with a follow-up report regarding the violation of match management regulations by Urawa Reds supporter (hereinafter referred to as the "Incident") that occurred during the match against Nagoya Grampus in Round 16 (4th round) of the Emperor's Cup JFA 103rd All Japan Football Championship.
We have announced the schedule for the first third-party committee meeting in the "Regarding Violations by Urawa Reds Supporters (7th Report)" sent by our club on Thursday, October 26th. However, we would like to report that the committee was held as scheduled on Tuesday, November 14th, and all committee members have completed checking the minutes.

The purpose of this third-party committee is to analyze incidents of violation of the Match Management Regulations that have occurred in the past and our club's response to them, and to consider and recommend measures to prevent recurrence and education/awareness measures.
We have appointed members of the committee including Mr. Muto, who is the former representative director of the Japan Sports Compliance Education Promotion Organization, and others who have wide-ranging insight into the relationship between society and sports, as well as compliance and governance in sports.
The analysis and deliberation process by the third-party committee, which will be conducted multiple times in the future, including this one, will be conducted in Saitama City in February 2024, as described in the seventh report above. It will be made public at the symposium scheduled to be held at .
