Marius Heubraten's Red Meat Udon

Marius Hoibraten tried the meat udon when he was trying out a new Japanese dish, and it is now on sale at the official gourmet shop.
The dish is made with Kyoto-style white dashi stock and topped with Japanese-style seasoned meat, Fukaya green onions from Saitama Prefecture, and pickled ginger.
You can also add shichimi pepper, Marius' favorite, to taste.
