The incident came to light when an Urawa Reds supporter watching the game nearby visually observed the conduct subject to disciplinary action by the individual subject to disciplinary action and reported it to security staff.
After receiving the report from the security staff, staff from our club's competition operations headquarters rushed to the scene and interviewed the security staff for further details.
After that, based on the contents of the interviews, staff from our club's competition operations headquarters conducted fact-finding on the individuals subject to the above disciplinary measures.
Although the person in question acknowledged the facts, taking into consideration the need to guide other visitors to safety due to bad weather (approaching lightning) and the impact on the return journey of the individuals subject to disciplinary action, it was agreed that the matter would be questioned again at a later date and contact details were confirmed before the matter was dismissed.
<Thursday, August 1>
Given the schedules of both the individuals subject to the disciplinary measures and the club's competition management headquarters staff, face-to-face questioning was conducted on the same day, which was the earliest possible date.
<August 2nd (Friday) - August 9th (Friday)>
Based on the results of questioning of those subject to disciplinary action, as well as hearings with security staff and other related parties, the Competition Management Headquarters has compared the matter with the "Urawa Red Diamonds Soccer Match Management Regulations" and the "J.League Match Management Penalty Regulations," and after deliberations within the Competition Management Headquarters, has decided on a disciplinary policy as the Competition Management Headquarters.
Following this decision, the Compliance Committee will convene on Tuesday, August 13th, the earliest possible date given the committee members' schedules, to make a final decision on the club's disciplinary measures.
