Urawa Reds PK Tournament to be held on 9/22 (Sunday, National Holiday) at Saitama Stadium 2002
The Saitama Stadium Autumn Festival 2024 will be held at Saitama Stadium from Saturday, September 21st to Monday, September 23rd (holiday), and Urawa Reds PK Tournament will be held on Sunday, September 22nd (holiday) in Saitama Stadium 2002!
This penalty kick tournament is an event where you gather five or more friends and participate as a team. There are four divisions: the "General Division" for junior high school students and above, the "Mixed Division" for teams including women, and the "U-10 and Under Division" and "U-12 and Under Division" for elementary school students. Gather your friends and give this penalty kick tournament a try!

Competition Rules
1. The tournament will be held in accordance with the Japan Football Association (JFA) football competition rules.
In principle, the event will be conducted in accordance with the Japan Football Association's Football Competition Rules, however, the following original rules for this event will also apply.
2. Number of participants: 5
Any number of people can enter, but the penalty shootout (hereinafter referred to as the match) will consist of five people per team.
If all five players are not present at the designated locations at the start of the match, the match will be forfeited.
*For the mixed division, teams must include at least one woman.
3. Goalkeeper (hereinafter referred to as GK) 1 person is included in the number of players.
The number of players must include at least one GK. Therefore, a GK can also be a kicker.
Changes can be made between players on the same team during the match.
4. Uniforms
It is not necessary for the items to match, but please make sure they have the jersey number on them.
You may wear a bib. GKs must wear clothing that identifies them. We have bibs available for loan, but the number is limited.
5. Match balls to be prepared by the tournament headquarters
Please use the balls provided by the tournament headquarters.
6. Referees: Prepared by the tournament headquarters
This will be handled by staff arranged by the tournament headquarters.
7. Location during the match: Tournament headquarters designated location
During the match, please wait in the locations shown on the venue map.
8.Others Follow instructions from the tournament headquarters.

■ How to proceed
1. Goals to be used You will be required to use the goals designated by the tournament headquarters.
2. Method of deciding who will kick first or second The referee will toss a coin, and the winner will decide who will kick first or second. The referee will decide whether the coin will land on heads or tails.
3. Identifying the kicker The kicker will be identified by showing his/her jersey number to the referee, who will confirm it.
4. How to decide the winner: Each team will take five kicks and the team with the most points will win.
*For the mixed division, the second kicker and second goalkeeper must be female.
If the score is still tied after all five kicks have been taken, the game will be decided by sudden death. In this case, the order in which the kicks are taken cannot be changed.
If a team scores a point before five kicks have been taken that the other team could not score even with five kicks, the match ends with no further kicks.
Regarding the group stage, five-player kickoff will be used regardless of the outcome of the match.
If the teams have the same number of wins and losses in the group stage, the ranking will be determined as follows:
(1) Goal difference by the team in question
(2) The total number of points scored by the team
(3) The results of head-to-head matches between the teams
(4) A coin toss in the presence of a representative from the relevant team.

■Points to note when using
1) In order to prevent accidents, please refrain from entering the grounds unless you are involved in the match, such as players, team staff, or referees. We will not be held responsible in the event of an accident.
2) Wearing any kind of jewelry (pierced earrings, rings, etc.) is prohibited on the grounds.
3) Do not place benches, desks or other heavy objects on the artificial turf on the grounds.
4) Please wear athletic shoes or cleats on the grounds. If you wear cleats, they must be fixed cleats. Please refrain from wearing cleats with replaceable studs.
7) Hydration on the artificial turf area is limited to water. If you wish to drink anything other than water, please do so outside of the artificial turf area.
8) Please do not allow pets (except service dogs) inside the protective netting.
10) Please do not hang banners (flags, banners, etc.) on the ball protection netting.
11) Please take all trash home with you and return the facility to its original state.
■Other points to note
1) Smoking is prohibited throughout the park and facilities, except in designated smoking areas. Please refer to the venue map for designated smoking areas.
2) If a user (including related parties) damages or soils the equipment or fixtures in the park or facility, the user will be required to repair it at their own expense.
3) If you borrow a key, please handle it with care. If you lose the key, we will charge you the actual cost of replacing it.
4) During use, users are responsible for managing their own safety, including disaster prevention and crime prevention. The park will not be held responsible for theft, damage, or personal injury.
5) If a user causes damage to other users or causes a situation that impedes the management and operation of the park, the user in question will be required to compensate for the damages.
6) If use is suspended due to natural disasters, instructions from relevant government agencies, or other unavoidable reasons, the park will not be held responsible for any damages incurred.
7) Please refrain from engaging in any behavior that is dangerous to the management and operation of the park and facilities or that may be a nuisance to other users.
8) Staff may enter the parks and facilities if deemed necessary for the conservation and management of the parks and facilities.
9) Please comply with the Urban Parks Act, Saitama Prefecture Urban Parks Ordinance, Fire Service Act, and other relevant laws and regulations, and follow the instructions of staff when using the facilities.
10) These rules may be revised without prior notice.
11) All footage (including still images) taken within the venue may be used for various programs for news reporting purposes, as well as for various merchandise and promotional purposes by the Club and its partners.
