In connection with the renewal of REX CLUB, we would like to inform you of some points to note regarding our services and member registration information.
Please check the following and take necessary steps.
We will not be able to accommodate any requests after the deadlines, so please make sure to check and complete the procedures by each deadline.

Important points to note when renewing
Regarding merchandise purchase coupons (at the counter) and Reds Land ticket issuance
Due to the end of the paper ticket service due to the renewal, "goods purchase coupons" and "Reds Land tickets" that need to be issued at the ticket counters at stadiums, etc. will be available from the REX CLUB My Page. Already applied for and not yet issued Please issue your ticket by the date and time below.
・Ticketing for home games at Saitama Stadium
Until the match against Albirex Niigata on Sunday, December 8, 2024 (REX CLUB booth inside the South Gate) From the opening of the venue until 30 minutes after the end of the match
・Tickets can be issued at Red Voltage stores and Reds Land ticket offices
Until closing time on Sunday, December 15, 2024
*After tickets are issued, they can be used until the date printed on them. (Goods purchase coupons are valid until January 30, 2025. Reds Land tickets are valid until the end of March, 2025.)

About point vouchers (food, matchday programs, ladies' goods)
Points tickets acquired during the 2024 season will be Until 23:59 on Sunday, December 15, 2024 Please register and use your points on. After the registration expiration date, your points will become invalid and you will no longer be able to register them.
*You can also register at the REX CLUB booth during home games at Saitama Stadium (until the match Albirex Niigata on December 8, 2024).
*Please note that registration at the REX CLUB booth will result in a lower point allocation rate than if you register through your My Page.
*Only LOYALTY and REGULAR members can register and use point vouchers.

About the registration information of REX CLUB My Page
The information registered on your REX CLUB My Page, including membership information, credit card information, point information, and REGULAR automatic renewal settings, will be automatically transferred to the information registered on your new My Page.
However, your email address and login password will not be carried over.

●About email addresses
Limited to one per member (no duplication) We recommend that you check your email address registration information in advance from My Page. If you would like to change your registration information after checking the applicable items below, Until 23:59 on Sunday, December 15, 2024 Please complete the procedure from "Edit Registration Information" on your My Page.

・If you register both a PC email address and a mobile email address
If you do not complete the procedure by the above date and time, the email address registered as your PC email address will be used as the priority after the renewal of your My Page. If you want to keep your mobile email address, please delete your PC email address.
*You will not be able to log in using the deleted email address. In addition, emails such as announcements from the club will also stop being sent the next day. Please be careful.

・If your email address is not registered
After the renewal of your My Page, it will be necessary to register an email address.
Please log in to your My Page by the above date and time and register by clicking "Add email address".

●About login passwords
・Your current login password will no longer be usable after the renewal of your My Page.
We will provide you with instructions on how to log in for the first time.

REX POINT validity period
・You can continue to use REX POINT even after the My Page renewal.
・The validity period of points will be changed from "maximum 3 years" to "maximum 2 years" (from "end of the year after next" to "end of the following year").
As a special measure during the change period, points earned in 2023 and 2024 will be valid until the end of the following fiscal year (January 31st).



About membership card numbers
Please continue to use the membership card number you have been using until now, even after the My Page renewal. However, cards with the previous membership card number printed on them will no longer be usable, and only cards with the latest membership card number printed on them will be usable.
To check your latest membership card number, please check the digital membership card on your REX CLUB My Page. If the membership card number displayed on your digital membership card is different from the number on your card membership card, you will not be able to use the service.

*Examples of past membership card numbers) 10-digit numbers starting with 71, 81, or 91

Regarding other related services (REX TICKET, online shop, Urawa Reds Collection, etc.)
For related services that allow you to log in with your REX CLUB ID, your login email address and password will be changed as described above, so after the renewal of your My Page, you will need to log in to the renewed My Page for the first time before using the related services. (We will provide you with instructions on how to log in for the first time separately.)

Regarding issuance of REGULAR (adult, U-18) card membership cards
Regarding the card membership card issued when you sign up for the first membership, due to the renewal to the new My Page, from the 2025 REGULAR early membership, a fee will be charged for the issuance of the card membership card.
In addition, those who are renewing their membership will be able to choose to have a membership card issued (for a fee) when applying. Please take advantage of this option.
Details of the 2025 REX CLUB REGULAR will be announced at a later date.
*There are two types of membership cards: digital membership cards and card membership cards. Digital membership cards can be used from My Page. Digital membership cards can be used in exactly the same way as card membership cards.

About the history information registered in REX CLUB
You can also continue to check the various history information registered in REX CLUB (visit registration, point exchange, ticket purchase, merchandise purchase) on your My Page after the renewal. Please note that the history information will be displayed in stages after the renewal.
