We are pleased to announce that we have decided to introduce the "Season Ticket Seat Change Service" for season ticket holders (IC cards), which was trialed at the match against Albirex Niigata on Sunday the 8th [MATCH PARTNER Mitsubishi Motors], as a season ticket service for the 2025 season.

In addition, during this trial operation, it was not possible to select individual seats when repurchasing general tickets through J.League Ticket, but from the full-scale implementation in the 2025 season, individual seat selection will be possible.
You can choose to watch the game from your own seat, or use the seat to suit your viewing style on that day.



What is the Season Ticket Seat Change Service?
This is a service in which a per-game entitlement amount is set for season tickets, and this entitlement amount can be used to repurchase general tickets (QR tickets) through J.League Ticket.
You can change your season ticket seat to another seat of the same type or upgrade (downgrade) to a different seat type, and you can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

*Until now, in order to secure seats next to your companions, you had to transfer/resell your season tickets and then purchase new tickets, but with this service, this can be completed with a single application.
(Please note that once the service is activated, the original season ticket seats will be resold to the general public.)

・You can only use the season ticket rights for one seat per transaction; you cannot combine the season ticket rights for two or more seats and use them at the same time.
・You cannot change to a seat type that has already sold out in general sales at the time of processing.
- If a price difference occurs due to downgrading, that amount will not be refunded.
・After the service is completed, the original season ticket seats will be resold to the general public. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel the transaction after it has been completed and get back your season ticket rights.

・A handling fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged for each change or purchase. The right amount does not apply to the handling fee.
・If you have a reserved seat with a season ticket and change to a non-reserved seat, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for the "Home supporter's seat priority admission." You will be able to enter through the north gate after those who have participated in the lottery admission (before general ticket admission).
Please bring your LOYALTY membership card as we will need to check it.
・If you use this service to change to a reserved seat (including season ticket holders who change to a reserved seat), you can enter from the South Gate from 3 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff. Before the gates open, please line up in the season ticket reserved seat waiting area located in front of the South Gate.
Please bring your newly acquired ticket (QR ticket) and your LOYALTY membership card as we will need to check them.
・If you use this service to purchase a companion ticket for someone who is not a season ticket holder, your companion will be admitted through general admission on the day of the match.
