2025 season tickets will be shipped out starting around Monday, February 10th.
Tickets will be shipped in order of receipt to those who have made payment by Sunday, January 12th, which is the season ticket payment deadline.
If you have not received your ticket by Thursday, February 20th, please contact Urawa Reds Season Ticket Office at the address listed below.
Please note that shipments to customers who have applied in the fourth wave of new applications will be around the end of February.

Continuing season ticket holders
Please continue to use your card membership card for the 2024 season for perpetual use.
However, for those who will be moving up to the 2025 season (those whose 2025 season will be their 5th, 15th or 25th year of continuous membership), those who are changing their name, those who are changing their ticket type, etc., a new card membership card will be sent to you.
*For those who selected paper tickets, they will be shipped out starting from Wednesday, February 12th.

New Season Ticket Holders
A membership card will be sent to all purchasers.
*Until your card membership card arrives, please use the digital membership card on your REX CLUB My Page.

To everyone who purchased the uniform premium set
For those who purchased the uniform premium set along with the season ticket, the set will be shipped out starting from Wednesday, February 5th.
*This will be sent separately from the season ticket.
*For those without names and numbers, Red Voltage will begin accepting applications for factory lamination from (Sat), February 8th. Please be sure to bring the enclosed name and number ticket along with your uniform.
*Please bring your name and number ticket after filling out the necessary information in advance.
*Please be sure to read the notes on your name and number ticket.
*For the time being after reception begins, we expect the store to be busy and you may have to wait, so we ask for your cooperation in spreading out your visit.

[IMPORTANT] Regarding delays in delivery of replica/1st uniform 3XL size
Due to a misstatement on the product quality label for the replica/1st uniform 3XL size only, delivery has been delayed. As a result, we are unable to deliver the product on the above schedule.
