During the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Round 4 match against Kashiwa Kashiwa Reysol held at Saitama Stadium 2002 on Sunday, March 2, 2025, there was an incident where unapproved and unauthorized cheering items were used that did not comply with the "Rules and Manners for Spectating a Match" established by the Urawa Reds.

Security staff and our club staff responded to this incident on the spot, explained the rules to the person involved, and had the sign removed.
As a club, we strive to manage our daily matches so that everyone can enjoy watching the games in a comfortable environment, while understanding the rules and etiquette for spectators. The response to this incident was also implemented as usual in order to provide a safe and secure viewing environment for all visitors at the stadium.
There is no particular conflict between the parties involved and Urawa Reds. We look forward to welcoming everyone who understands the rules and etiquette of attending our games.
