We would like to express our deepest sympathies to the victims of the forest fires that have been raging in Ofunato, Iwate Prefecture since February.

We would like to inform you that Urawa Reds, together with our partner, Friends of the United Nations Asia-Pacific, will be making a donation to support the victims of this disaster.

All donations will be sent to the Saitama branch of the Japanese Red Cross Society. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Urawa Reds As part of the "Heart-full Soccer in Tohoku" project to support the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake and other disasters, "JCI" visited Ofunato City in 2011 and 2012 and interacted with many children from Ofunato and other related people through soccer.
We sincerely hope that the fires will be brought under control as soon as possible, and that the city will be restored and rebuilt as soon as possible.
