Saitama Stadium View Box Usage Regulations

1. 1. Usage time

   The rooms can be used from 2 hours before kick-off until 1 hour after the end of the match.

2. 2. Usage Restrictions

   1. [1] Smoking

      As of June 2017, all rooms at View Box are non-smoking.
      We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to smokers, and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please use the smoking area provided on the second floor. If you are unsure, please ask a member of staff who will guide you. (However, please note that smoking areas may be changed or removed due to changes to rules by local governments or facilities.)
      Please note that tobacco products are not sold inside the stadium.

   2. [2] Re-entry

      Re-entry to the view box area is permitted only to the individual who presents the wristband given to them upon admission on the day of admission.

   3. [3] Please refrain from the following actions:

      • - Any act that the club deems undesirable from the standpoint of discipline or management
      • - Provoking the opposing team or its supporters or causing inconvenience to other users
      • ・Bringing in food and drink, including items sold at food and drink stores

3. 3. Application details

   Please notify the club in advance if any of the following apply to you:

   • ・If you wish to decorate the interior of the view box
     (Please note that duct tape or nails cannot be used on buildings or ancillary equipment.)
   • ・When power other than that for standard lighting and installed equipment is required
   • ・When carrying in or out objects

4. 4. Disclaimer and Compensation

   If you cause damage, loss, or soiling to the buildings, facilities, or fixtures inside or outside the View Box, we will demand compensation for the damage. If you cause damage through a violation of these rules, we may demand compensation for the damage.

   Other matters will be decided in consultation with the user.
