After the Meiji Yasuda Life J1 League Round 33 match against Avispa Fukuoka [MATCH PARTNER Mitsubishi Motors], the 2023 season J1 League home final match ceremony was held, and manager Maciej Skorza sent a message to the fans and supporters.

[Director Maciej Skorza]
“Hello, everyone. First of all, I would like to say to you all that I am sorry for making you feel this way today.I would also like to express how I feel now after playing for Urawa Reds for the past year. I would like to tell you something.

First of all, I would like to express my sincere respect to the fans and supporters of Urawa Reds. I think you all are amazing. Whether we were fighting here at Saitama Stadium, in Tokyo, in Riyadh, or in Korea, wherever we went, they were truly one with the team, cheering us on and fighting alongside us. .

The sight of everyone singing ``We are Diamonds'' after defeating Al-Hilal in the final of the AFC Champions League that we fought together with everyone remains in my memory, and I would like to take that experience back to my country in the future. And after the match against Kawasaki Frontale, when I left the stadium for the airport to go to Riyadh, I saw everyone like that. It was the first time in my career that I saw you like that. I think everyone is building this great club, and I think the atmosphere at Saitama Stadium is truly wonderful.

I would also like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the people of Urawa Reds. Thank you to all the wonderful officials and staff at the club.

Lastly, I would like to say ``Thank you'' from the bottom of my heart to the players. They are all really good players, and this is the first time for me to work with players who have such great motivation and great temperament.

It's very disappointing that we weren't able to have the success that we had hoped for this late in the season. However, I can assure you that I have worked hard for Urawa Reds, day in and day out.

Thank you very much for your hard work (*in Japanese). See you again soon.”
