"I have recently been transferred to Tochigi SC on a temporary basis. I have always admired Urawa Reds and started my professional career there last year. Over the past two years I have had the opportunity to gain valuable experience and learn a lot.
I made this decision because I felt that in order for me to grow further, I needed to jump into a new environment and take on a new challenge.
It was a difficult decision, but I will refocus my mind and do my best to be myself so that this decision will guide me in the future.
The team will change, but we hope you will continue to support us.
Thank you so much for all your support over the past two years."
*During the loan period, Yota Horiuchi will be unable to play in any official matches against Urawa Reds.
The loan period will run from February 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026.
