We will not let our opponent team score winning points in the Saitama Stadium-Team Manager Petrovic
Comment from Team Manager Petrovic the day before the J. League 29 Sec. against Omiya Ardija.
We will play our fourth official match against Omiya Ardija. We played one league match and two Yamazaki Nabisco Cup matches against them. If we would be playing another Nabisco Cup match, it would be quite difficult for us to play against them as it has not been so long since we last played each other. But, having said that, our team members have gained great confidence by playing the last few matches. I am certain that many of our supporters will come to the stadium to give us power through their cheering if we will play in full blast in our home stadium with great confidence. We will consolidate our supporters’ power with ours in order to win the Saitama derby match.
Since Omiya has won almost all their away matches this year, it may be fair to assume they are in the right current this year. Nonetheless, we will be playing at our home stadium. So, we will not let our opponent team to score winning points in the Saitama Stadium.
