  < Heart-full School Student>
  You can register for the REGULAR HEART-FULL stage with an annual fee exemption and receive the same services as U-18 members (some services are excluded).
  The expiration date is until January 31 of the following year, regardless of when you joined Heart-full School.
  If you are a Heart-full School student and are LOYALTY or REGULAR, your current membership will be given priority and you will not be registered twice.

  <Redsland members>
  You will be automatically enrolled in REGULAR REDSLAND with the annual fee waived, and the membership type is the same for both adults and U-18s. The expiration date is from April 1st to March 31st of the following year, regardless of when you joined Red's Land membership.
  If you are a Reds Land member and a Season Ticket Holder, your LOYALTY status will automatically continue as a Season Ticket Holder. • (3) Tickets can be purchased at "REX TICKET", an online ticket purchase site exclusively for REX CLUB members. With "REX TICKET", you can purchase tickets "quickly" at "member prices", and you can also "select seats" individually for reserved seats. Participation in the point program "REX POINT", participation in benefits and lotteries, limited content, etc. differ depending on the category, but there are more stages in the category. Depending on the stage, the grant rate of "REX POINT" and the number of points granted may differ. Items that can be redeemed may change. For example, LOYALTY members are the highest category in terms of the point award rate, but the award rate varies depending on the four stages among them. A LOYALTY member's stage is determined by the number of years the season ticket has been held. Also, for LOYALTY members, the design of the card membership card issued by the stage is different. For REGULAR members, the point grant rate and stage points differ depending on the stage (see "About REX POINT" for details).

Regardless of when you joined, the expiration date is until January 31st of each year (however, for REGULAR HEART-FULL, it will be until January 31st of the year following the year you joined Heartful. After that, there is no continuation. (Regular Redsland members will have their membership extended for 2 months until March 31st.)

The expiration date will be extended for one year by continuing or renewing. If you are a LOYALTY member and do not complete the procedure to renew your season ticket by the specified date, it will expire, and you will become a WHITE member from February 1st of the new fiscal year, and there will be restrictions on the use of point programs, etc. Please be careful. REGULAR members will also belong to WHITE members if renewal procedures are not carried out. Each category and stage has set conditions for belonging to it.

• (1) LOYALTY
  If you buy a season ticket, you will automatically be in the LOYALTY category. Also, if the number of years you hold a season ticket increases, the stage in LOYALTY will change.
  
• (2) REGULAR
  When you join REGULAR, your stage in REX CLUB REGULAR will change depending on the points you have earned and the number of visits you have made in the past two years. Stage changes will occur the next day when you meet the conditions for each stage, except for the early registration period. There is only one stage for U-18, HEART-FULL, and REDSLAND, which are for people under 18 years old, and there is no stage change.
• (3) WHITE
  ・If you sign up as a free member to use REX TICKET, the online shop, or subscribe to the e-mail magazine, you will be placed in the WHITE membership category. In addition, if a season ticket holder, REGULAR, REDSLAND, or HEART-FULL member does not renew or renew their membership, they will be placed in the WHITE membership category. There will be no change in stage for WHITE members.
  ・Those who are not members of the REX CLUB or WHITE members can change their category to LOYALTY or REGULAR by purchasing a season ticket or joining REGULAR during the application period (the category you belong to will be changed to the category that meets your requirements). In addition, if you become a Heart-full School, you will be registered in the REGULAR HEART-FULL stage with no annual fee and will receive the same services as U-18 members. • ・LOYALTY members will be automatically registered by applying only during the season ticket purchase period recruited by Urawa Reds. At the time of recruitment, we will announce it on the official website, so please check it.
• ・Regular tickets can be applied for online or at the REX CLUB booth at Saitama Stadium, where the men's top team plays. Online applications can be made from the "New Membership Screen." At-the-counter applications are processed at the REX CLUB counter set up at Urawa Reds home games. It may take up to two weeks for your membership information registration to be completed. Once your information registration is complete, you will be able to log in (during that time, points will be automatically added for attendance points, purchase points, etc.).

An email address is required for registration. Only one person may use one email address. Please prepare one email address for each person, even if they are family members. Please note that you cannot register as a new member with an email address that has already been registered.

If an error occurs when paying the annual membership fee using a previously registered credit card, the credit card may have expired.

If you have selected "Pay with a registered card" when selecting your payment method, please select "Pay with a credit card" and enter your card information again to complete the payment.

There are two ways to receive the membership benefits goods when you join online. If you join at the counter of the REX CLUB booth at Saitama Stadium, where the men's top team's home game is held, you can only receive the goods at the counter.

• ・When you join the online membership, you will be asked to select benefits and delivery (delivery at the REX CLUB booth or delivery). The ticket coupons given as stage bonus benefits will be posted on the "Digital Coupon" page of your My Page the month after you achieve a stage upgrade to GOLD or SILVER. The coupons can be used until the final home game of the season for those who achieve a stage upgrade in July (delivered in August), and the expiration date for those who achieve a stage upgrade in August (delivered in September) will be announced separately.
The coupon can be used at REX TICKET. All tickets purchased using the coupon will be issued at a convenience store.

During the early enrollment period, we will not be implementing stage changes for REGULAR adults. Please note that even if you meet the conditions for stage promotion, the stage change will take place at the start of the new school year.

A "Card Membership Card" will be issued to LOYALTY members (excluding REDSLAND members) when they upgrade to a new category, join for the first time, or upgrade to a new stage. A Card Membership Card will be issued to REGULAR adult and U-18 members upon application for membership, for a fee. The Card Membership Card has the membership card number and QR code printed on the front and a barcode printed on the back. When using the service, please use the Card Membership Card or Digital Membership Card with the latest membership card number printed on it. (Please note that Card Membership Cards with previous membership card numbers printed on them cannot be used.)

The membership card number is a 10-digit number (used for life in principle) unique to each REX CLUB member and is printed on the membership card issued to the member. The membership card number may change when the category or LOYALTY stage changes.
When using the service, please use a card membership card or digital membership card that maintains the latest membership card number. (Please note that card membership cards with past membership card numbers printed on them cannot be used.)

It is used for personal authentication when participating in programs and events, earning "REX POINTS", etc. In various usage scenarios, not only the QR code printed on the card membership card can be used, but also the 2D barcode on the digital membership card can be used from My Page. My Page is a personal page for members only and can be accessed from PCs, tablets, and smartphones. The games that are included in the results are the home games of the men's top team that are eligible for attendance points. All categories of REX CLUB can accumulate points, but the points awarded and the award rate differ depending on the category. It may vary depending on the category and stage, but as a general rule, it is as follows.

The basic grant rate when purchasing tickets, goods, etc. is 10% of the purchase price. If you purchase 1,000 yen, you will receive 100 points (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number).

Regarding MDP at the match venue, unlike other goods, the basic points given are 30 points for each part. When purchasing at a gourmet shop, etc., 50 points will be given for every 500 yen purchased (the purchase price is rounded down to the nearest 500 yen), and 30 points will be given for each MDP purchased at the match venue.

100 points are awarded for each visit to a stadium, such as a home game. The basic points granted when using Reds Land facilities are 10% of the facility usage fee (the number of points is rounded down to the nearest whole number), and there is no change in the rate granted by category or stage. Membership points for the Official Supporters Club (OSC) are uniformly 300 points for representatives only.

In principle, the grant rate and grant points will fluctuate depending on the category and stage.

There are fun points such as bonus points for new and continuous memberships, home game match result bonuses, and favorite player MVP bonuses. In addition, there are bonus points that are set each time.

When joining or renewing a REGULAR membership, new and continuing membership points will be 500 points regardless of the annual membership fee. When joining for the first time (excluding re-enrollment), you will receive an additional 1,000 points as a bonus in addition to the new membership points.

In REGULAR, there are bonuses depending on the stage. GOLD members will automatically receive 2,000 points and SILVER members will automatically receive 1,000 points the day after they meet the stage criteria. Those who reach the GOLD stage at the start of the fiscal year without passing through the SILVER stage will be awarded SILVER stage bonus points at a later date.
There are also bonus points that are set from time to time.

• (1) Attending home games, etc.
  ・LOYALTY, REGULAR, REDSLAND, HEART-FULL members, and WHITE members can add points to their account on the same day by holding the 2D barcode (card or digital) on their membership card over the "Attendance Points Terminal" located inside the stadium.

• (3) Ticket purchase

  To award points, please present your Redsland membership card or REX CLUB membership card (card/digital) at the time of payment. It will be automatically registered within 10 days from the date of use.

Yes. Earned points are valid for up to two years. REX CLUB's fiscal year ends on January 31st, so the expiration date is always January 31st at the end of the fiscal year. Earned points are valid until the end of the following fiscal year, regardless of when they were earned.
