Participation in the point program "REX POINT", participation in benefits and lotteries, limited content, etc. differ depending on the category, but there are more stages in the category. Depending on the stage, the grant rate of "REX POINT" and the number of points granted may differ. Items that can be redeemed may change. For example, LOYALTY members are the highest category in terms of the point award rate, but the award rate varies depending on the four stages among them. A LOYALTY member's stage is determined by the number of years the season ticket has been held. Also, for LOYALTY members, the design of the card membership card issued by the stage is different. For REGULAR members, the point grant rate and stage points differ depending on the stage (see "About REX POINT" for details).
- How long is my membership valid for?

Regardless of when you joined, the expiration date is until January 31st of each year (however, for REGULAR HEART-FULL, it will be until January 31st of the year following the year you joined Heartful. After that, there is no continuation. (Regular Redsland members will have their membership extended for 2 months until March 31st.)
The expiration date will be extended for one year by continuing or renewing. If you are a LOYALTY member and do not complete the procedure to renew your season ticket by the specified date, it will expire, and you will become a WHITE member from February 1st of the new fiscal year, and there will be restrictions on the use of point programs, etc. Please be careful. REGULAR members will also belong to WHITE members if renewal procedures are not carried out. When you join REGULAR, the stages in REX CLUB REGULAR will change depending on the points you have earned in the past 3 years. Regarding MDP at the match venue, unlike other goods, the basic points given are 30 points for each part. 100 points are awarded for each visit to a stadium, such as a home game. *If a member forgets to record their points on the "Visit Point Terminal", points cannot be added at a later date. - (2) Purchasing season tickets/LOYALTY members

・If you purchase a ticket on the Urawa Reds official online ticket site "REX TICKET", points will be added automatically within about 7 days after purchase (payment). - (4) Purchasing goods

・If you make a purchase at a gourmet shop that gives points at a match venue, etc., you will receive one "point ticket" for every 500 yen (rounded down to the nearest 500 yen). In addition, "point tickets" will be used to purchase MDP at the MDP station at the match venue (one point ticket will be given for each copy).
You must add points yourself. When you read the 2D barcode on the "point ticket" using your smartphone's camera function, you will be taken to the login screen, and points will be automatically added to your account a few minutes after logging in.
*The "point ticket" is valid only once. Once you complete the point addition procedure, you cannot use that "point ticket" again. Additionally, you will no longer be able to earn points after the expiration date displayed on the point ticket. - (6) Use of Reds Land
・If you use the facilities of Reds Land, 10% of the facility usage fee (points are rounded down to the nearest whole number) will be awarded. Points are awarded at the same rate for REX CLUB LOYALTY/REGULAR, and there is no change in points given by category or stage.
To award points, please present your Redsland membership card or REX CLUB membership card (card/digital) at the time of payment. It will be automatically registered within 10 days from the date of use.
* If you cannot confirm that you are a member of Redsland or REX CLUB, you cannot grant it. - (7) Joining the Official Supporters Club (OSC) ・If you join the Official Supporters Club (OSC), 300 points will be awarded uniformly to the representative registered in the REX CLUB LOYALTY/REGULAR. I have. Earned points are valid for up to the past three years. REX CLUB ends on January 31st and is always valid until January 31st. Earned points are valid until the end of the fiscal year after next, regardless of the time of year. For example, points earned on December 1, 2022 are valid until the end of fiscal year 2024 (January 31, 2025) because they were earned in fiscal year 2022. Points that have passed their expiry date will expire and will no longer be usable unless carry-over is permitted.

- What is Home supporter's seat priority admission lottery?

One of the benefits of using My Page is a lottery system that determines the order of priority entry at home games for season ticket holders (LOYALTY members) with Home supporter's seat. Season ticket holders with reserved seats cannot participate even if they are season ticket holders.
If you want to enter the stadium early, you can use REX CLUB's My Page to apply in advance for a lottery for entry order, and according to the number drawn, you will be able to enter earlier than the general public. There is a deadline for applications for each match, after which an automatic lottery will be held. Before entering, you will be issued a lottery numbered ticket using the ticket machine installed at the stadium, and then you will be asked to wait in line. Membership terms
Expiration date of membership (LOYALTY / REGULAR)
- Changes to the status of REGULAR members will only be carried out if the continuation procedure is completed by the deadline. If the deadline has passed, the stage will be RED even if the required points have been accumulated.
- The validity period of REX CLUB REGULAR (REDSLAND) conforms to the membership period of Redsland members (from April 1st to March 31st of the following year).
- REGULAR U-18 (HEART-FULL) is valid until the end of the year following the year in which you joined Heartful. After that, if there is no continuation, the category will be automatically changed to WHITE member.
The REX CLUB fiscal year runs from February 1st to January 31st of the following year. Membership expires January 31st each year. Loyalty members and regular members can be renewed for the next fiscal year by completing the procedures for continuation by the designated deadline. If you do not complete the renewal procedure by the set date, it will be classified as REX CLUB WHITE, and the programs that can be used such as benefits and lotteries, the acquisition of REX POINTs, and the use of benefits will be restricted. We will inform you about the acceptance date of the renewal membership on the Urawa Reds official website and REX CLUB My Page in the middle of the year.
