[OB participation] 9/18 (Monday/holiday) Urawa Reds PK Tournament in Saitama Stadium 2002 will be held!! (Updated on 9/11)
We are currently recruiting participants for the "Urawa Reds Penalty Tournament in Saitama Stadium 2002" to be held on Monday, September 18th (holiday) during the [Saitama Autumn Festival 2023]!
This PK tournament is an event where you gather 5 or more friends and participate as a team.
There are four divisions: ``General Division'' for junior high school students and above, ``Mixed Division'' for forming teams that include women, ``U-10 and Under Division'' and ``U-12 and Under Division'' for elementary school students. We have available. Gather your friends and give this PK tournament a try!
In addition, Urawa Reds alumnus team (Ryuta Tsuzuki, Takeshi Mizuuchi, Goto Saito, Takuya Mikami, and Shiya Nishizawa) will be participating in the "General Division." We look forward to seeing if you can score a goal from Mr. Tsuzuki, who has experience in the ACL finals.

Competition rules
1. (Public interest incorporated foundation) Implemented in accordance with the Japan Football Association soccer rules
In principle, the event will be held in accordance with the Japan Football Association Soccer Competition Rules, but the event's original rules will apply below.
2.Number of competitors…5 people
Any number of people can enter, but in the penalty shootout (hereinafter referred to as the match), 5 people per team will compete.
If 5 players are not present at the designated location at the start time of the match, you will lose by default.
*Please make sure to include at least one woman in your team for the Mixed Division.
3. Goalkeeper (hereafter, GK) … 1 person is included in the number of players
One GK must be included in the number of competitors. Therefore, GK will also be a kicker.
Changes can be made between players on the same team during the match.
4. Uniform
You don't have to have all of them, but please prepare something with a jersey number.
You can also wear a bib. Please wear clothing that can identify the GK. We rent bibs, but the number is limited.
5. Match ball…prepared by tournament headquarters
Please use the ball prepared at the tournament headquarters.
6. Referee… Prepared by tournament headquarters
Staff arranged by the tournament headquarters will respond.
7. Location during the match…location designated by tournament headquarters
During the game, please wait at the position shown in the venue map.
8.Others…Follow the instructions from the tournament headquarters

How to proceed
1. Goals to be used: Please use the goals specified by the tournament headquarters.
2. How to decide who will go first: The referee will toss a coin, and the winning team can decide whether to kick first or last. The referee will decide which side of the coin to use.
3. Identify the kicker...The kicker will be identified by showing his uniform number to the referee and having it checked.
4. Victory/Loss Determination Method…Both teams take 5 kicks and the team with the most points wins.
*2nd kicker and 2nd goalkeeper are always female for the mixed division.
If the score is still the same after all five kicks, the match will be decided in sudden death. In that case, it is not possible to change the order in which the kicks are taken.
If one team scores more points than the other team can score even with five kicks before five kicks are taken, the game ends without further kicks.
In addition, for the group stage, 5 kicks will be performed regardless of the outcome of the win or loss.
The ranking method when there is a tie in the group stage is as follows.
(1) Goal difference by the team concerned
(2) total points scored by the team concerned;
(3)Results of direct matches between the teams concerned
(4) Coin toss in the presence of the team representative

Points to note when using
1) In order to prevent accidents, no one other than players, team staff, referees, etc. may enter the grounds. If an accident occurs, we will not be held responsible.
2) Wearing any accessories (pierced earrings, rings, etc.) on the ground is prohibited.
3) Do not place benches, desks or other heavy objects on the artificial turf in the ground.
4) Please wear athletic shoes or spikes on the ground. In addition, if you wear spikes, please use fixed spikes and refrain from using spikes with replaceable studs.
5) Only water should be used for hydration on the artificial turf. If you would like to drink something other than water, please do so outside of the artificial turf area.
6) Pets (except service dogs) are not allowed inside the ball-proof net.
7) Do not put banners (banners, banners, etc.) on the ball net.
8) Please take away all the trash you generate and return it to its original condition.
Other considerations
1) This park and facility is completely non-smoking except for designated smoking areas. Please check the venue map for the designated location.
2) If a user (including related parties) damages or defaces equipment, equipment, etc. in the park or facility, the user will be responsible for the restoration.
3) If you borrow a key, please handle it with care. If you lose your key, we will charge you the actual cost of replacing the key.
4) During use, the user is responsible for safety management such as disaster prevention and crime prevention. The park does not take any responsibility for theft, damage, personal injury, etc.
5) If a user causes damage to other park users or causes a situation that impedes management and operation, the park user will be required to compensate the park user for the damage.
6) The park will not be held responsible for any damages if use is suspended due to natural disasters, instructions from relevant government agencies, or other unavoidable reasons.
7) Please do not engage in any dangerous behavior for the management and operation of this park or facilities, or any behavior that disturbs other users.
8) Staff may enter the park or facility if deemed necessary for maintenance and management purposes.
9) Please comply with related laws and regulations such as the City Parks Act, Saitama Prefecture City Parks Ordinance, and Fire Service Act, and use according to instructions from staff.
10) These rules may be revised without prior notice.
11) All videos (including still images) taken at the venue may be used for various programs for reporting purposes, and for various product sales and promotions of the club and club partners.
