[About service suspension due to system maintenance on February 1st]
Due to system maintenance on February 1st (Thursday), you will not be able to use the following services that require login with your REX CLUB membership card number.

[About 2024 REX CLUB REGULAR new membership procedure]
From January 29th (Monday) to February 1st (Thursday), we will temporarily suspend acceptance of ``new REGULAR (paid membership) enrollment'' and ``regular (paid membership) enrollment from WHITE (free membership)''. Masu.
Also, Convenience store payment for annual membership fees will not be available from January 22nd (Monday) to January 28th (Sunday). Only credit card payments are accepted.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

[About the 2024 REX CLUB REGULAR continued membership procedure]
If you have not completed your continued membership by January 31st (Wednesday), you will become a WHITE (free member) after February 2nd (Friday) and will no longer be able to receive services and programs as a REGULAR (paid member).
If you wish to continue, please check the automatic renewal settings below and complete the procedure.

You can apply for continued membership until January 31st (Wednesday), but the 2024 early membership campaign will end on January 28th (Sunday).
Annual membership fees can be paid by credit card or convenience store. If you choose convenience store payment, you will not be able to log in to My Page after the switch to fiscal year 2024 (after February 2nd) until the payment is completed. Please note.

During the period from January 17, 2024 (Wednesday) to January 25, 2024 (Thursday), continued membership procedures and payments will be automatically performed based on the credit card information you registered in advance and your current membership category. (Once payment is complete, your REGULAR membership will continue.)

[About awarding points at online shops]
Points for LOYALTY/REGULAR members who purchase products from the online shop will be awarded approximately one week after the product is shipped. Please note that the bonus will not be given on the day of purchase of the product. In addition, points will be awarded according to the award rate of the member's category and stage as of the date of awarding points.
Please note that the number of points may change depending on the product shipping date. At the time of shipping, the online shop will send an email to the customer confirming that the item has been shipped.

[About registering points with REX CLUB point tickets]
The number of points awarded with REX CLUB point tickets given to LOYALTY/REGULAR members when purchasing gourmet food, MDP, etc. at the stadium for home games is determined by the member's category at the time of point registration. Masu.

If you are a 2023 LOYALTY/REGULAR member and do not complete the renewal procedure, you will be automatically changed to WHITE (free membership) as of February 1, 2024 (Thursday), and you will no longer be able to register points using point tickets. Please complete the registration procedure for point tickets by Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
*If you register for a point ticket with WHITE (free membership), points will not be added, but please note that the point ticket will be marked as already used.

[About the 2024 season card membership card]
・For upgraded LOYALTY members and new REGULAR (paid members), your card membership card for the 2024 season will be sent to your registered address from around mid-February. Additionally, since membership cards are used for a lifetime, new cards will not be issued to those who continue membership. Please use your card for the 2023 season.
・Card membership cards will not be issued to REGULAR REDSLAND members and WHITE (free members).
Please use the digital membership card that can be displayed on My Page. It can be used in the same way as a card membership card. Please use your digital membership card until your card membership card arrives or even if you do not have a card membership card.
