Urawa Reds Heart-full School Academy Soccer School Assistant Coach Recruitment
Urawa Reds runs Heart-full School and the Academy Soccer School.
Heart-full School aims to convey the joy of soccer and develop the "heart" through soccer.
The Academy School mainly uses the teaching methods of Urawa Reds Academy (Diamond Method), as well as "Heartful Mind" to develop the "heart" of Heart-full Club, and "How to use and move your body smoothly", which is a feature of the Urawa Reds school.
In order to further promote these activities, we are now recruiting assistant coaches as follows:

About Urawa Reds Heart-full School
Since the start of the J.League, the people of our hometown, Saitama, have supported Urawa Reds. Urawa Reds Urawa Reds working to create more communication through the wonderful sport of soccer. One of these activities is Urawa Reds Heart-full Club. The most important thing sports cultivates is the heart. You train your body and hone your technique. But that alone won't make you good at sports. The most important thing in sports is the heart.

(3) The will to do everything with all one's heart
Sports not only gives us healthy bodies, but also develops our creativity and kindness to those around us.
The Urawa Reds Heart-full Club operates daily based on these principles.
About Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School
At the Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School, we will focus primarily on the following five areas:
Main focus item 1
While inheriting the current soccer school's purpose of "producing top team and world-class players" and "developing rich people and humanity through soccer," the new school will provide training utilizing the various coaching methods that Urawa Urawa Reds has cultivated over the years, including Urawa Reds Academy's coaching method (Diamond Method) and Urawa Reds Heart-full Club 's coaching method, "Heartful Mind."
Main focus item 2
The coaching staff will include experienced coaches such as former Urawa Reds Reds player Atsushi Natori and former Urawa Reds Academy coach Yoshikazu Iwasaki, and will provide higher quality instruction than ever before.
Main focus item 3
We offer three courses - "Basic Course," "Advanced Course," and "Special Course" - based on the participants' skills, and aim to provide an environment that is tailored as much as possible to the participants' current situation and requests.
Main focus item 4
The target age range for participants will be expanded from elementary school students and above to include children in their third and third years, providing an appropriate teaching environment for children of a wider range of ages.
Main focus item 5
By expanding the location of our activities to include Saitama City (Yono, Reds Land), Kumagaya City, Koshigaya City, and Sayama City in addition to Ohara Training Ground, we will be able to provide an environment where more children can participate without difficulty.

・First selection (Results will be announced around March 16th (Sat))
→We will conduct a document screening (application form below).
→ Those who pass the first selection will be notified of the date and time of the second selection (interview).
・Second selection (Wednesday, March 20th (National Holiday) 15:00~ at Reds Land)
→ Successful candidates will be selected after conducting interviews and practical tests.
