Urawa Reds Heart-full School Academy Soccer School Assistant Coach Recruitment
Urawa Reds is holding Academy Soccer Schools with Heart-full School.
Heart-full School The purpose of the Academy School is to convey the joy of soccer and to nurture "heart" through soccer.
The Academy Schools are mainly based on the contents of Urawa Reds Academy's coaching (Diamond Method) and the coaching methods of Urawa Reds, such as "Heartful Mind" to nurture "Kokoro" of Heart-full Club and "Smooth use and movement of the body" which are the features of the Soccer Schools.
In order to further promote these activities, we are looking for assistant coaches as follows.

□ About Urawa Reds Heart-full School
Since the start of the J-League, it is the people of SAITAMA, our hometown, who have supported Urawa Reds. Urawa Reds We, at J-League Japan, would like to share our "Dream" with the people of our hometown. And we hope that the "heart" that loves the sport of soccer will grow even more. Urawa Reds With the theme of fostering "hearts and minds," TITAMA is engaged in activities to create more communication through the wonderful sport of soccer. One of our activities is Urawa Reds Heart-full Club. The most important thing that sports nurture is the "heart. We train our bodies and hone our techniques, but that alone is not enough to make sports work. But that is not the only way to become a good athlete. The most important thing in sports is the "heart.

□ About Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School
The "Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School" will mainly focus on the following 5 items.
Main Focus 1
Inheriting the current Soccer Academy's mission of "producing players who can play for top teams and in the world" and "developing well-rounded individuals and building character through soccer," the Urawa Reds Academy's coaching method (Diamond Method) will be the core of the Urawa Reds Heart-full Club 's coaching method, "Heartful Mind," and other coaching methods developed by the Urawa Reds. The training will be conducted using various instructional methods developed by , including the "Heartful Mind" instructional method of .
Major Focus 2
We will add experienced coaches such as Atsushi Natori, an alumnus of Urawa Reds, and Yoshikazu Iwasaki, a former Urawa Reds academy coach, to our coaching staff to provide higher quality coaching than ever before.
Main Focus 3
We will offer three courses, "Basic Course," "Advanced Course," and "Special Course," according to the skills of the participants, in order to provide an environment that is as tailored as possible to the current situation and needs of the participants.
Major Focus Item 4
In addition to the existing target age range of elementary school students and above, we will expand the target age range of participants to include middle and older children to provide an appropriate instructional environment for a wider range of children.
Major Focus 5
In addition to the existing locations at Ohara Training Ground, we will expand our activity locations to Saitama City (Yono and Red's Land), Kumagaya City, Koshigaya City, and Sayama City to provide an environment in which more children can participate without difficulty.

Preliminary selection (results to be reported by March 16 (Sat.))

→Those who pass the initial screening will be notified of the date and time of the second round (interview).
Second round selection (March 20 (Wed., national holiday) from 15:00 at Red's Land)
→After the interview and practical skills test, the successful candidate will be selected.
