Apology and response regarding REDS V Scratch
It has been confirmed that there was an error in the content of the "REDS V Scratch" announced on Urawa Reds official website on February 28, 2024.
We have corrected the content of the statement as shown below and have established a policy for dealing with the situation going forward. We would like to offer our deepest apologies to all the fans and supporters who participated in this project for any confusion and inconvenience caused.
<Incorrect information>
[False] There are no losing tickets on scratch cards, and you are guaranteed to get a discount coupon.
[Correct] The scratch card contains a losing ticket.
For the 2023 season, even if you lost, you could collect the ``☆'' written on the card and use it as a discount ticket.However, from the 2024 season, this has been abolished and the system has been changed to include losing tickets.
In addition, customers who receive a scratch card at the relevant match will be given discount coupons as follows.

Among the scratch cards distributed at the match against Tokyo Verdy on Sunday, March 3rd and the match against Avispa Fukuoka (Sat), March 30th, even if you presented a losing card, you can receive a 100 yen discount coupon if you present it at the time of payment at the participating stores listed below during the application period only.
