Apology and response regarding REDS V Scratch
It has been confirmed that there were some errors in the "REDS V Scratch" that was announced on Urawa Reds official website on February 28, 2024.
We have corrected the content as described below and have established a future response policy. We deeply apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused to all the fans and supporters who participated in this project.
<Incorrect description>
[Incorrect] There is no loss with scratch cards, and you can always get discount coupons.
[Correct] Scratch cards include mistakes.
In the 2023 season, even in the case of a loss, you could collect the "☆" written on the card and use it as a discount ticket, but from the 2024 season, the above will be abolished and the specification will be changed to include a loss ticket. I'm here.
Additionally, discount coupons will be provided to customers who received a scratch card at the relevant match as described below.

Among the scratch cards distributed for the match against Tokyo Verdy on March 3rd (Sunday) and the match against Avispa Fukuoka on March 30th (Saturday), even "losing" cards can be redeemed at the time of checkout only at the following participating stores and during the reception period. If you present it, we will accept it as a 100 yen discount coupon.
