We would like to inform you that during the summer vacation, we will be holding "Ohara Visiting Flame Day" and "Fan Service" events, which will be held through a lottery based on advance applications, as a place for children of elementary school age or younger who are REX CLUB members and their parents to interact with players.

Let's get excited at Ohara Training Ground ahead of the summer festival project "Ennichi" to be held on Saturday, August 24th at the 28th round of the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League against Kawasaki Frontale [MATCH PARTNER Mitsubishi Heavy Industries]! About six players are scheduled to participate on the day. It will be a surprise to find out which players will be there!
Due to time constraints, you will only be able to participate in one of two events, so please choose either the Outing Flame Day or the Fan Service event when applying.

We also plan to broadcast part of the event live on Instagram. We also plan to have Q&A with the players, so even if you can't attend in person, please come and enjoy the event together!

Eligibility
・Children of elementary school age or younger and their guardians

Number of groups recruited
・10 groups of children and their guardians for each of the outcall fire day and fan service events
*If at least one visitor is a REX CLUB member when applying, the others can participate even if they are not members.
*Please enter the event you would like to attend and the number of children who will be attending in the survey.

Event Overview
・Visiting the Fireworks: Events and game experiences with players on outdoor futsal courts (artificial turf)
・Fan services: Autograph signing and photo opportunities at the indoor supporters' cafe
*In the event of bad weather, the on-site fireworks event may be held indoors.

Important Notices for Visitors
・Please note that the schedule may change depending on the players' condition, etc.
・High school students and younger are not permitted to participate alone. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
・The venue on the day is scheduled to be the futsal court (artificial turf) at Ohara Training Ground and the Supporters Cafe on the second floor of the Ohara Clubhouse. If you are in a wheelchair or have mobility issues, please speak to a staff member on the day.
・As hot weather is expected, please drink plenty of water.
・Please note that photos and videos taken from the day may be posted on our official website or social media, and may be provided to the media.
・In the event of cancellation or changes, winners will be notified by email once the results are confirmed.
・The practice session is scheduled to end around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes after the start of the session, but this may change depending on meetings and practice content.
・There is no parking lot. Please be sure to use public transportation when visiting.
・The event will be held even in case of rain.
・To prevent the spread of infection, please wear a mask when interacting indoors.
・Gifts etc. cannot be handed directly to players. Club staff will take responsibility for keeping them.
・Please also observe other precautions at Ohara Training Ground.
