Saitama Stadium 2002 Mystery Solving Casebook "The Mystery of the Missing Trophy" to be held!
During the Saitama Stadium Autumn Festival 2024, which will be held at Saitama Stadium from (Sat), September 21st to Monday, September 23rd (holiday), it has been decided that the Saitama Stadium 2002 Mystery Solving Casebook "The Mystery of the Disappearing Trophy" will be held on Sunday, September 22nd (holiday) in the afternoon and Monday, September 23rd (holiday)!
This is an experiential puzzle-solving event that takes place in areas that are normally off-limits, such as the VIP lounge, flash interview zone, and player locker room. This is an event that can be enjoyed by families and friends, so please come and join us!

Fee
・Advance tickets: 1,500 yen (including admission fee)
・Same-day tickets: 2,000 yen (including admission fee)
*Free for preschool children (must be accompanied by a guardian)
*Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a guardian.
*Participation fee includes admission fee.
*Please apply for the same number of people who will be participating in the game.
*The game takes approximately 90 to 120 minutes.

▼Regarding participation applications
・Advance registration is required for this event. Please complete the registration process for each person attending.
・All applications are for tickets with designated entry times of 60 minutes. Entrance reception and distribution of participation kits will begin at the reception time stated in the application guide.
・We will not reissue application documents if they are lost or stolen. In addition, we cannot accept any changes to the reception or participation time or refunds for reasons of customer convenience after application.
・Applications will close as soon as capacity is reached.
・Resale of the application information for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
<Regarding admission>
・To reduce congestion at the venue, applications will be accepted every 60 minutes. Applications will be accepted at the venue on the day from the application time stated in the application guide.
・When you check in at the venue, you will be given a puzzle-solving kit required to participate in the game in exchange for your application guide.
<About the event>
・In principle, the event will be held even in the event of rain or bad weather, but it may be canceled due to unavoidable reasons such as natural disasters. Information regarding the event and refunds will be posted on the Urawa Reds official website.
・We will not compensate for any transportation costs to the venue or accommodation costs (including cancellation fees) due to the cancellation of the event. Thank you for your understanding.
・The organizers will not be held responsible for any accidents, theft, or loss that may occur during the event.
・The content of the game may change without notice. Please note that refunds will not be given in such cases.
<Recommended age>
- The difficulty level of the puzzles is set so that children from elementary school age can enjoy it together with their parents.
However, some of the questions may be difficult for younger children to solve on their own, so we encourage families to work together to enjoy the game.
<Regarding re-entry>
・Re-entry is not permitted as a general rule. However, in the case of an emergency, please ask a nearby staff member for permission to re-enter.
<About parking>
・You can use the parking lot in front of Saitama Stadium. (Please note that the parking lot may be full, so please come by public transportation if possible.)
<About items to bring>
▼Items prohibited from possession or carrying by law
・You may not bring into the venue any items that are prohibited by law from being possessed or carried, or that are likely to be prosecuted as a criminal offense, such as firearms or swords (including replicas) that are subject to regulation under the Swords and Firearms Control Law, items that are considered dangerous materials under the Fire Service Law (fuel, gunpowder, flammable materials, etc.), or items that violate public order and morals, such as those that violate Article 175 of the Penal Code or the Child Pornography Law.
▼Beverages
・Please refrain from bringing alcohol. Plastic bottles and water bottles are allowed.
<Vehicles (excluding wheelchairs)>
・You are not allowed to bring or use bicycles, unicycles, kick scooters, roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, stand-up electric two-wheelers, etc. Also, please refrain from riding inside the venue wearing roller skates, etc. as it is dangerous.
<About attire>
・Since you will be walking around and solving puzzles on the day, we recommend that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes that are easy to move in.
<Regarding participation by foreigners>
・The game is only available in Japanese. Please note that it is not available in any other languages.
<Regarding filming>
- Uploading photos via the internet or social media that may spoil the puzzles, game content, or effects is strictly prohibited.
