Information on special shuttle bus service for the match against FC Tokyo on Saturday, September 21st
We would like to inform you that special shuttle buses will be operating on Saturday the 21st for the 31st round match of the 2024 Meiji Yasuda J1 League FC Tokyo [MATCH PARTNER DHL] as detailed below.
(1) Saitama Rapid Railway Urawa-Misono Station (East Exit Rotary) → Saitama Stadium East Parking Lot *Only for outbound travel
Fare: Adults 150 yen (IC card/cash), Elementary school students (IC card 75 yen/cash 80 yen)
・Operating hours: 14:30-19:30 (4 hours and 30 minutes before kickoff - 30 minutes after kickoff)
(2) Tobu Skytree Line Kitakoshigaya Station (West Exit Rotary) ⇄ Saitama Stadium East Parking Lot [Round Trip]
Fare: Adults: 360 yen (cash) / 360 yen (IC card), Elementary school students: 180 yen (cash) / 180 yen (IC card)
*Train fares have been revised since March 2024.
・Operating hours
Outbound) 16:00-19:00 (3 hours before kickoff - kickoff)
Return trip) From the end of the match until the maximum number of passengers is reached
*For the return trip (departing from Saitama Stadium), due to road congestion and limited vehicle numbers, the number of passengers will be limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of passengers has been reached, you will not be able to use the bus. In addition, please be aware that the bus will be crowded in order to accommodate many customers.
Saitama Stadium Share Cycle Station Temporary Expansion
There will be a temporary expansion of the Saitama Stadium Share Cycle Station.
Location: Saitama Stadium 2002 Park North Second Parking Station
・Extended time: 5 hours before kickoff (14:00) - 2 hours after the end of the match (23:00)
・Bike parking capacity: 200 (15 permanent spaces + 185 additional spaces)
*If the number of units exceeds 200, they cannot be returned.
*Please make a return reservation (valid for 30 minutes) in advance within the "HELLO CYCLING" app before using the bike.

Shuttle bus (Urawa Misono Line) Player announcements being broadcast on the bus
Continuing from the 2023 season, some of the top team players will be making "in-car announcements" (broadcast after the regular in-car audio) on the shuttle bus from Urawa Misono Station.
When you are on board, please listen carefully to the announcements on the train and pay attention to the voices of the athletes.

About using the shuttle bus
・There will be no waiting line for those who wish to sit, as was the case before the COVID-19 outbreak. Please note that passengers will board in the order in which they queue.
・When boarding, please prepare an IC card or cash in advance to avoid contact and ensure a smooth boarding experience.
With the start of nationwide interoperability of IC cards, you can also use the following transportation IC cards in addition to PASMO and Suica. (Kitaca, manaca, TOICA, PiTaPa, ICOCA, Hayakaken, nimoca, SUGOCA)
・When standing, please hold on to a strap or handrail. It is especially dangerous to ride the train while carrying luggage in both hands.
・Please set your mobile phone to silent mode and refrain from talking on the phone while on the train. When the train is crowded near priority seats, please turn off your mobile phone.
・Please refrain from eating or drinking on the train as it may cause inconvenience to other passengers.
