REX CLUB has been supported by our fans and supporters since it began service in 2015, and will celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2025. To mark this memorable occasion, we will be revamping our My Page and various services.

We will inform you of the implementation schedule and various details regarding the renewal.

Regarding the implementation date of the My Page renewal
It is scheduled for late December 2024.
*The renewal work is scheduled to take about a week, during which time the REX CLUB service will be suspended. More details will be announced as soon as they are decided.
*We also plan to temporarily suspend or restrict some functions for services such as the online shop, site members, and Urawa Reds Collection that require you to log in with your REX CLUB ID.

<Please make sure to check> Important points regarding the renewal of My Page
Even after the renewal, your membership registration information and credit card information registered on your REX CLUB My Page will be automatically carried over (excluding login passwords and some email addresses).
In addition, with the end of the paper ticketing service, merchandise purchase coupons, Reds Land vouchers, and point ticket registrations (food, match day programs, ladies' merchandise) must be completed by the specified deadlines, so please be sure to check the registration deadlines for each point ticket you have as soon as possible.

Seven points of the renewal
This renewal will involve changes to the REX CLUB My Page and various services in the following seven areas. Details will be announced in due course on the "REX CLUB Renewal Information Page (link)" above.

(1) New design for My Page
As part of the renewal, my page will have a new design.

(2) End of paper ticket issuance, many services will be digitized
Paper tickets will no longer be issued, and you can use the service by displaying various serial numbers and coupons on your smartphone, tablet or PC.
*After the renewal, you will need to access your My Page from the above device and present various tickets and coupons.

(3) A new stage has been added to LOYALTY
It has been decided that a new stage will be built for LOYALTY (season ticket holders), which will be above "DIAMOND", which has been in operation for over 25 years.

(4) REGULAR stage promotion criteria will change from 2025, and benefits will be more extensive
Starting in 2025, the "total number of points and period" for the "REGULAR Adult" stage-up criteria will change, and a new criterion of "number of visits" will be added. In addition, the GOLD and SILVER benefits will also be upgraded.

(5) Change in expiry date of points
The validity period of REX POINT will be changed from the previous "maximum 3 years" to "maximum 2 years."

(6) You can now register your favorite players for your ladies' team
In addition to the top team, you can register your favorite players from the ladies team and will receive MVP bonus points for home games.

(7) Linkage with J.League ID
You can link your REX CLUB ID and J.League ID from your REX CLUB My Page. If you already have a J.League ID, you can link it with the push of a button.
