Resales, ticket transfers, and season ticket seat changes
What is a resale service?
It is a service that allows you to resell season tickets that you can no longer go through J League tickets for a fee.
(Applicable only to season ticket purchasers who have selected an IC card)
In addition, it is a service that allows a third party (limited to J.League ID holders) to purchase season tickets that have been exhibited. It is possible to exhibit and purchase in units of one match.
* Purchases are not limited to season ticket holders.

Introduction
- *This service is only available to those who select the season ticket IC card.
- *You will need to link your J.League ID and One Touch Pass ID. Please see here for how to set it up.
- *To list an item, you will need to register an account with a financial institution to deposit the sales proceeds.
- *If a season ticket holder resells a ticket, attendance history will not be recorded, even if another person enters with the resold ticket.
- *You can register a new J.League ID when logging in to your One Touch Pass My Page.

Introduction Notes
- ・If the resale is not completed, the ticket rights will return to the seller.
- ・Please make sure to complete the procedure yourself. You cannot resell other people's tickets at the same time.

*Seats that will be resold will be Urawa Reds supporters' seats.
If you want to support the visiting team, please purchase a "Vistor lower seat" or "Visitor upper seat".

Purchase procedure

Log in to J.LEAGUE TICKET and select the game you wish to purchase.

Select "Resale" in ticket selection

Select a seat type from the resale list

Confirm the seat type, seat number, number of seats, etc., and confirm the seat.

Check the target game and seat information and proceed to the purchase procedure

If you purchase a wheelchair seat at the resale, your helper can also enter with one QR ticket.

*Resold season tickets for premium seats and SS reserved seats do not come with a matchday programme exchange ticket.
*Resold season tickets are not eligible for the seat change service.

About ticket transfer
If you have purchased a season ticket, you can transfer the ticket for the game you cannot go to to your family or friends from One Touch Pass My Page free of charge.
You can also cancel a transferred ticket. Transfers and cancellations must be processed by 23:59 the day before the target match.

About transfer receipt
- *Premium seats and SS reserved seats of transferred season tickets do not come with a matchday program exchange ticket.
- *Season tickets that have been transferred are not eligible for the seat change service.
What is the seat change service?
This is a service that allows you to change or repurchase your season ticket to a different seat on J.League Ticket.
You can change your season ticket seat to another seat of the same type or upgrade (downgrade) to a different seat type, and you can also purchase tickets for companions at the same time.

Service usage examples
*A handling fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged for each change or purchase. The right amount does not apply to the handling fee.
*Ticket prices when making changes or purchasing will be the LOYALTY member price.
Notes
- ・Tickets can only be changed to tickets for the same match. Tickets cannot be changed to tickets for a different match.
- ・You cannot change to a seat type that has already sold out in general sales at the time of processing.
- ・If you have a reserved seat for season tickets and change to a non-reserved seat, you will not be able to participate in the lottery for the "Home supporter's seat Priority Entry" lottery. You will be allowed entry through the north gate after those who have participated in the lottery entry (before general ticket entry). Please bring your LOYALTY membership card as we will check it.
- ・If you use this service to change to a reserved seat (including season ticket holders who change to a reserved seat), you can enter from the South Gate from 3 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff. Before the gates open, please line up in the season ticket reserved seat waiting area in front of the South Gate. Please bring your newly acquired ticket (QR ticket) and LOYALTY membership card as we will check them.
- ・If you use this service to purchase a companion ticket for someone who is not a season ticket holder, your companion will be admitted through general admission on the day of the match.
