To all fans and supporters

We would like to express our deepest condolences to all those who lost their lives in the recent Noto Peninsula Earthquake, and extend our deepest sympathies to all those affected.
I would also like to express my deep respect to all those who are working hard to provide relief to disaster victims and support the reconstruction of the affected areas.

As of today, the men's top team has completed a three-week training camp in Okinawa, and will finally open the 2024 season in Hiroshima on February 23rd (Friday/holiday).
At the start of the new season, we would like to convey our thoughts and initiatives as a club for the 2024 season to all of our fans and supporters who are members of Urawa Reds Urawa Reds and who we hope will have the greatest understanding of the club. .

First, as a premise, as I mentioned in "Review of the 2023 Season and Looking Ahead to the 2024 Season," this incident occurred in the fourth round match against Nagoya Grampus at last year's Emperor's Cup JFA 103rd All-Japan Football Championship. All club staff will continue to operate the club with integrity, never forgetting that society is asking how we, Urawa Reds, will deal with violations of the Match Management Regulations and how we will proceed. I will continue to do so.

In particular, we recognize that the realization of a ``safe, comfortable, enthusiastic, and packed stadium,'' as stated in our club philosophy, is one of our most important issues. Therefore, as a concrete measure for the 2024 season, in order to build a system that can focus more on match operations and security management, we will separate the competition management department from the marketing headquarters and create a new headquarters called the "competition management headquarters." Established.
Organizational reorganization is just a means to an end, and the goal of creating a ``safe, comfortable, and enthusiastic stadium that is filled to capacity'' is not just within the competition management headquarters, but with the entire club, and not just with the club, but with all of our fans and supporters. With one thing in mind, we will face each issue seriously.

Similarly, I would like to explain about the price revision for spectator tickets, which is an important component in creating a ``safe, comfortable, and enthusiastic stadium that is packed.''
Urawa Reds would like as many people as possible, regardless of age or gender, to fall in love with Urawa Reds and provide them with the joy of supporting them.
On the other hand, in response to various increases in costs associated with the recent rise in prices, the Company has made efforts to rationalize and improve management efficiency, but it is difficult to absorb the increased costs through corporate efforts alone. It becomes.
In light of this situation, we have made the difficult decision to revise the prices for some seat types.
There are various opinions within the club regarding changing the price of match tickets, which are more than a product and directly reflect the feelings of fans and supporters towards Urawa Reds. It is true that there were opposing opinions.
However, we believe that it is the wish of all our fans and supporters that the ``strong and attractive team'' that is advocated in the club's philosophy continues to compete in Japan, Asia, and the world, so we will not raise prices across the board. We have decided to implement the rate revisions by imposing a condition on ourselves that the rate revisions be kept to the minimum necessary.
Specifically, we took measures such as not revising elementary, junior high, and high school student fees for each seat type, and by subdividing some of the current seat types to minimize the range of fee revisions. The revised contents may not be satisfactory to all of you.
However, we hope that Urawa Reds will understand this decision as a result of sincere discussions with current and future fans and supporters.

In addition, as an initiative related to game tickets, Urawa Reds has implemented an invitation policy for elementary school students from 53 schools in the Urawa/Yono area of Saitama City, their hometown, where they can purchase game tickets for their companions at the same time. Masu.
As we have always done, we will never underestimate the value of tickets, which express the feelings of fans and supporters about the team, players, and club.
On the other hand, as stated in our club philosophy, our reason for existence is to convey important values through sports such as soccer, to create a better and more prosperous community and society, and to pass it on to the next generation. It's about connecting.
For Urawa Reds, the children living in our hometown are the next generation, our future, and our treasure.
By allowing children living in the hometown to experience soccer, Saitama Stadium, and the voices and clapping of Urawa Reds supporters, we will provide an opportunity for them to experience Urawa, the city of soccer, where the sport of soccer is a part of its culture. We are implementing this measure with the aim of achieving this goal, so we hope that you will warmly welcome future fans and supporters.

In addition, as a measure for the next generation, "Urawa Reds Soccer School", which is celebrating its 6th year since its inauguration in 2019, will be renamed "Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School" and restarted.
While inheriting the current soccer school's goals of ``producing top-team, world-class players'' and ``developing rich people and character development through soccer,'' the school uses Urawa Reds Academy's teaching method, ``Diamond.'' Training will be conducted using teaching methods that Urawa Reds Reds have cultivated over the years, including Urawa Reds Reds Heart-full Club 's teaching method, the ``Heartful Mind'' method. Courses will be divided by skill, and a higher level training environment will be provided depending on the student's ability.
Through the activities of the newly launched "Urawa Reds Academy Soccer School", Urawa Reds, as a member of society, will contribute to the healthy development of young people, and at the same time, from the "soccer city of Urawa", will develop players who will play a role in the future of Urawa Reds We aim to

Urawa Reds will strive to operate the club with integrity through these ideas and initiatives.
We will do our best to support the players and team so that Urawa Reds and Urawa Reds Ladies can bring much joy and excitement to their fans and supporters.
Let's fight together this season too.
