Information for Urawa Reds season ticket holders
Regardless of whether or not your admission has been processed on Saturday, August 24th, you will be able to enter the venue on the alternative date with your season ticket without having to take any further action.
If you have a season ticket in the form of an IC card, please enter by tapping your season ticket IC card on the "One-Touch Pass Terminal" at the entrance gate, just as you would for a regular season ticket match.
For those who hold paper season tickets, your paper ticket (main ticket) for the match against Kawasaki Frontale on Saturday, August 24th will be checked at the entrance gate before you are allowed to enter.

<Information for those who purchased tickets to the Enbi Summer Festival 2024 event>
Due to thunderstorms on the day, the originally scheduled bingo tournament was cancelled and the overall event duration was shortened, for which we sincerely apologize that the Honobi Summer Festival did not meet your expectations.
We have had many internal discussions within our club regarding the handling of tickets for this event, and regret to inform you that, in accordance with the instructions you agreed to at the time of purchase, we have decided that there will be no refunds for event tickets.

Given that we were forced to scale down an event that many people, including children and their parents, were looking forward to, we thoroughly discussed what measures we could take, and we are very sorry to have come to the above conclusion.
