"It was only a short year, but I'm really grateful.
This transfer was not an easy one for me. Urawa Reds is a team I admired since I was little, and I used to go to Saitama Stadium and Komaba Stadium to support them. More than anything, it's a team I've always wanted to play for.
From the entrance anthem that I hear as a player, to the cheers of the fans and supporters during the game, to singing "We are Diamonds" after a victory, they always move my heart no matter how many times I hear it.
I wanted to score a goal at Saitama Stadium and win the title.
There were many things I wanted to achieve at Urawa Reds, but I was unable to do so.
I think it’s all down to my own lack of ability.
Although I will miss being unable to play for Urawa Reds any more, I wanted to do my best for a club that needs me, and after working backwards to consider what I need to do to make a leap in the 2025 season, I came to this decision.
When I return to Saitama Stadium, I will be a more grown-up version of myself.
I would like to thank the team staff, players, fans and supporters who have supported me this year. I will do my best in my new environment."
